- Unfurnish, partial or fully furnish is ok
- With aircon
- Clean & tidy house
- Internet is a bonus
- Can use washing machine
- With water heater
- Light cooking (very seldom)
- Can move in immed
- My partner only stays 2-3 times a week, not everyday
