A chemical Distributor company located at Pioneer Road is searching for the candidates for Assistant Customer Service Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Delivery Order / invoice / quotation / perform invoice
  • Arrange delivery with warehouse / shipping personnel
  • Attending to customer calls / queries and taking of orders
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Coordinate and assist and follow up on contracts / quotations made by sales & marketing personnel
  • Type MSDS and update internet
  • Monitor customer outstanding order and stock inventory
  • Other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma holders / fresh graduates are welcome
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service industry preferred
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in SAP would be and added advantage

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (5 days week)
