Salary: Max $2K

Work hour: 8:30am - 6pm (5 days work)

Job duties:

1. Use Global tools, interfaces and processes to order, confirm, deliver and invoice goods and services in a specific account
2. Monitor proper administration and documentation pertaining to order creation and shipments arrangement
3. Responsible for tracking and tracing shipments
4. Act keys interface to be the customer providing day to day logistic support
5. Answering to customer's inquiries and handling of customer's complaints
6. Managing customer orders as well as deliveries in the most optimum manner
7. Ensure all transactions are accurately followed in the system in a timely manner
8. Ensure all cancellation of orders are properly handled and reported
9. Ensure that all exceptions are reported to customer promptly
10. Be aware of the Company's Environmental Policy (QEHS Policy) and DGF Singapore's Environmental Commitment (SERVE)
11. To be aware of the environmental aspects and its impact in the daily course of work and take measures to minimize any significant impacts
12. Assist to implement operational controls of activities with environmental aspects having significant impacts on the environment
13. Any other duties assigned by CS Senior Supervisor
