All you need is an internet connection and we will be able to troubleshoot your IT issue wherever you are. A program will be placed on your desktop and all you need to do is to double click to launch the remote agent. Tell us your userid and we will begin troubleshooting shortly. This form of support offers faster response time compared to on-site support where the usual response time is typically 4 hours.

For home users, the price is set at $120 per PC/laptop for 3 incidents per year, which includes 3 carry-in servicing. This package is suitable individuals who are always on the move or not really IT savvy.

What’s more, if you are not available during office hours, you can now arrange an “online” appointment with us whenever you are free. If we are not able to resolve it via remote and you want an onsite visit, it will be at a discounted rate of $40 per trip. If your IT needs is higher, do call us for special arrangements. Else, carry in for free servicing.
