- Responsible for processing and coordinating customers’ orders and to ensure that the right goods reach the customers on time.
- Conduct customer service calls regularly and liaise with the organization’s various departments relating to collection and delivery of orders etc.
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ level
- Computer literacy is a must
- Able to converse well in English, Mandarin and major dialects
- Preferably with related telephone sales experience
- Salary range : $1,500.00 to $1,600.00
