• 4 ‘O’ levels with good credit in English

• MUST be able to converse fluently in English

• Full-timer or Part-timers welcomed

• Previous experience in Customer Service (Call Centre or Front Office) will be an added advantage

• Singaporean & PR Only

• Able to start work immediately

• Handle current and potential customers\' enquiries on products, services and new campaigns launched

• Ensuring a professional and personalized service at all times

• Channel feedback and complaints for service enhancement and problem resolution action in the shortest possible time

• Identifying opportunities actively and promoting the company\'s products and services i.e. up sell and cross sell

• Updating accurate and timely information into the database
