The Job

- Provide MfgPro application and development support.

- Identify potential application issues through help desk trend analysis.

- Prepare and conduct training courses for all business system functions.

- Conduct requirement analysis and process discussion with users.

- Participate in implementation of QAD solutions and change management.

Job Requirements:

- Candidates need to have a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related discipline from a recognize education institution.

- Candidates must have at least 2 years experience with QAD MfgPro software.

- Incumbents must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to conduct effective training classes for a variety of end-users at different skill levels.

- He/she must have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

- Candidates must have the willingness to travel internationally.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and working experience.
