Responsibilities:

  • Answering of incoming calls from customers while recording accurate information and service orders
  • Responds to telophone inquiries and complaints in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner
  • Inform/educate customers about the available service
  • Assist to contact corporate client for renewal and worklife program
  • Make reminder calls to health screaning clients on annual check up
  • Perform telemarketing for business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public
  • Generate reports for marketing anaylys
  • Supervise, coach and conduct on the job training for Customer Service Officers
  • Keep abreast of the array of health services provided by company and perform up selling of health services to customers
  • Work closely with Medical Centre Manager to continuously upgrade the quality of service provided, the development of the staff and assist in the management of the department
  • Any duties as assigned by the Corporate Service Manager

Requirements:

  • A level/diploma/degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience in Call Centre Management / Operations
  • Mature person with above experience are welcome to apply
  • Posses a pleasant disposition and service oriented
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Posses excellent customer service/telemarketing skills
  • Supervisory skills in leading and motivating a team towards achievement of departmental and organizational goals

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Saturday 8:30AM - 1:00PM
