We are Malaysian Chinese couple, both Singapore PR Holders, working professionals, non smokers.
We are looking for a master room around Commonwealth, Queenstown, Redhill and Tiong Bahru areas, ideally walking distance or with direct buses to the nearest mrt stations.
We prefer a clean and tidy room with:
Attached toilet with water heater, Aircon, Queensize bed, Wardrobe, WiFi(if possible)
Minimal furniture is required. We normally do not cook, but we need to do laundry 2 - 3 times per week.
