RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls

Handling of guests/visitors and tenants

Receiving, sending and distributing of incoming and outgoing mails, courier services and faxes

Scheduling of meeting room

Scheduling of appointment/meeting for executive directors

Ordering/Purchasing of pantry supplies, stationery, name cards, etc

Issuing purchase requisition

Typing and other general admin duties

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Able to converse well in English

Possess knowledge in Microsoft Office

Customer oriented with high level of service attitude

Pleasant personality and able to multi-tasks

Training will be provided for those who have no working experience

Working location - Bukit Batok Crescent

Working days – 5 days a week

Salary – S$800.00 to S$900.00 per month

Able to commence work in November 09
