Structure of the Investment Programme

Land owner and Developer are launching Phase 1 of the Project to investors to raise additional capital to develop the luxury lifestyle resort.

The 20% of the homes will be allocated for Project Phase 1 Townhouses, which in turn is divided into 432 lots.

Land owner will sell the land to buyers, and developer will assure buy back of the land in 30 months time frame.

Investment time frame is 30 months (fixed).
