Bubble Motion has an opening for an experienced project manager to direct and lead company-wide projects and customer deployments. This role requires an energetic and motivated individual with strong communication, organization, and technical skills who works well in a fast-paced dynamic environment; the role is critical to the company’s overall success. This person will lead the effort to schedule and prioritize projects across the various teams from engineering, marketing, deployment, and support.

Responsibilities:
• work with management team to schedule and resource customer commitments
• manage cross functional projects by providing project leadership and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery
• communicate and document project schedules, status and potential risks
• proactively identify, prioritize and drive resolution to project issues
• lead cross-functional team meetings to track status and identify issues
• ensure customers follow through on their deliverablesQualifications:Basic requirements:
• can coordinate multiple projects across geographic locations and time zones
• can push to resolve day-to-day issues as well as higher-level company goals
• has excellent written and communication skills and is comfortable talking to engineers as well as the CEO
• has excellent customer-facing communication and negotiation skills
• pays attention to the detail and is highly organized
• is comfortable teasing the critical dependencies out of technical detail
• can speak at various levels of technical depth to both technical and non-technical people
• experience managing complex set of deliverables with many interdependencies
• minimum 5+ years experience managing large engineering projects

Ideal candidate has:
• knowledge of telecom domain and experience working with carriers
• experience with software product development
• proven success working with customers to resolve dependencies across companies
• can be diplomatic with customers while holding firm to company’s needs
• technical background in engineering position or a degree in a technical field
