ASSISTANT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Salary range: $3K - $3.5K, attrative benefits.
Five days work (Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-5:30PM, Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM)
Main Responsibilities:

Account Payable
-
Posting of supplier invoices & invoice verification

Issue payments
-
Creation of new suppliers/update changes of existing suppliers in SAP
-
Supplier Reconciliation
-
-
Trust Receipts (TR) / Bills Payable
-
Arrange invoice financing
-
Monitor TR payment
-
TR reconciliation
-
-
General Ledger
-
Preparing and posting of Journal Entries
-
Maintain Fixed Asset Register
-
-
Account Receivable
-
Assist in debts collection as and when required
-

Other duties
-
Preparation of monthly GST F5
-
Ad-hoc tasks and projects
-
Requirements:
-
Minimum Diploma or LCCI higher in Accounting
-
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
-
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
Those who has SAP experiences would be an added advantage
-
Good sense of responsibility in meeting deadline
-
Positive working attitude with team spirit
