- Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations support work related to pricing, ticketing and schedule changes
- Meet daily KPI requirements
Requirements- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma with exposure to strong customer-oriented environment / call center experience is an advantage
- Able to work rotating shifts
- Applicable to Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only.
- Must be able to communicate with English & Mandarin speaking customers
- Results-oriented and effective team player with an eye for details and business processes in a dynamic environment
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions.
