Job Responsibilities (Inbound Calls)
  • To handle enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone
  • Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations support work related to pricing, ticketing and schedule changes
  • Meet daily KPI requirements
 
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma with exposure to strong customer-oriented environment / call center experience is an advantage
  • 830am to 930pm (Average 8 to 9 hours) - 2 days off may not be a Saturday/Sunday
  • Applicable to Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only.
  • Must be able to speak Fluent English & must be a Native Korean
  • Results-oriented and effective team player with an eye for details and business processes in a dynamic environment
  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions.
