Serving largely companies in the financial, IT and telecommunication sectors; we specialize in generating high sales growth, improving call centre performance and profit generating customer service.The Customer Support Manager needs to be highly motivated and ability to create a dynamic vision for Call Centre Business, managing and developing processes and policies in line with operations.RESPONSIBILITIES
1) To handle customer feedback received via all channels (Emails, Faxes, Mails, Telex) proactively in accordance with the company’s service standards and policies.
2) To attend all customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
3) Supervise and manage a team of 80 to 100 staff.
4) Establish and maintain communication channels between customers and internal stakeholders on customers’ requirements and service level delivery.5) Adopt a continuous process improvement approach in delivering value-added services to customers in a cost effective manner.
REQUIREMENTS
1) Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations/Marketing or related field.2) At least 5 years of managerial work, preferably in multinational organization.
3) Good customer service orientation and knowledge with strong leadership skills
4) Excellent written and spoken communication skills
