ITALIAN HEAD CHEF
Reporting to:
F&B Manager
Duties:
1. Recipe and menu development align to group\'s international standards
2. Oversee all culinary operations including controlling of food & labour costs
3. Direct the production of all food items, prepare reports, supplies ordering through
Central Purchasing and roster planning
4. Handle outside catering, F&B promotion and media tasting
ONLY Italian Native need apply or those with Extensive Northern Italian culinary skills as stated.Skills:
Requirements:
1. At least 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef for an Italian restaurant
2. Good Italian culinary skills
3. Specialise in Northern Italy cuisine with culinary training from an established institution
4. Strong leadership abilities and communication skillsSalary range: S$71,500 to S$80,000 per annum
