Reporting to the Laboratory-In-Charge, you will provide excellent customer service to patients in the Laboratory and Radiography sections. You will be responsible for the reception of all appointment and walk-in patients at the laboratory and radiography clinic. Other duties include answering incoming telephone calls, managing patients\' registration, assisting in appointment scheduling and performing general administration and cashier\'s duties.

The Requirements:-

You should have at least GCE \'N\'/\'O\' level. You must be a positive thinker, team player with a pleasant disposition, hard working and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You must have strong customer service experience, PC literate and with positive working attitude.

* Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

* Only Singapore citizen or SPR applicant need to apply.

Working location: Yishun
