Cl09922  Import/Export Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

·    Handle full spectrum of order processing including shipping documentations and L/C negotiations

·    Ensure efficient order and shipment fulfillment

·    Work closely with various departments, suppliers and logistics service providers

·    Liaise with clients on shipments issues

·    Responsible for completing appropriate documentation, such as import, export declaration, invoice, packing list, certificates, etc, for domestic or international shipment

·    Track deliveries to ensure cost effectiveness

·    Assist to plan for incoming and outgoing shipments

·    Other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor
 

Requirements:

1.  Chinese Female

2.  Singaporeans , SPRs and Malaysian are welcomed to apply

3.  Knowledge and ability to handle L/C shipment and documentation

4.  Able to handle full set of Import/Export documents

5.  Able to work independently

6.  Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding company

7.  Well verse & Proficient in Microsoft office applications

8.  Minimum N level or equivalent

9.  Effectively bilingual;

10.   Possess initiative and meticulous in work

11.   Able to work for 5.5 days work week

12.   Company Transport is provided (at Kranji MRT station only)

13.   Age Range : 23 ・35 years old

14.   Salary Range: S$1,650 ・S$1,750
