ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•       Maintain server and network infrastructure

•       Maintain new and existing hardware and software

•       Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems

•       Coordinate and liaise with vendors for new equipment and software, such as new servers for AD, projects etc

•       Provide support for users. 

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge:

•       Knowledge in IT infrastructure areas such as LAN / WAN networking.

Competencies:

•       Competent to troubleshoot desktop and server issues.

Experience:

•       Hands-on experience in Windows system administration.

•       Experience in NT, Active Directory, Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP and IIS servers.

•       Experience in Firewall, Mail, IIS, DNS, Active Directory, is required

Male working environment

Able to speak English and Mandarin and with relevant diploma /degree in IT systems and networking.

Salary up to $3200
