Synopsis:
“Bake!” is a story set in a prestigious baking academy where dreams are the real works in progress. It revolves around the lives of staff and students, offering a hilarious and heart-warming take on success, failure, and the glorious in-betweens that we often forget. It is a story of hopes, struggles, and life lessons that will charm viewers into re-living their own bitter-sweet memories.
Background:
Bake! the musical is brought to you by a team of diverse students, coming together with a charitable cause. It is an inspiring and heart-warming tale, featuring an original script and all-new compositions. We believe that many youths have a concern for their community at-large but lack a chance to put that care into action. One of our aims of having this musical is that we hope that this musical will be a platform to encourage youths to showcase their talents for a good cause. By participating in this musical they will learn how to overcome their fears and most importantly, how to work in a team. Through the assortment of roles that this project has to offer we hope that the participants are able to discovering our key strengths and have alot of fun along the way.

To those who are interested in contributing to the musical in one way or another,
we have the various roles for your consideration -
1)Are you a budding designer? If you are, then you can help out in designing the collaterals, posters, tickets, slogan tee (we are thinking of selling slogan tees and tickets to raise more money for the beneficiaries) ... or if designing is not your cup of tea then ...
2) do you enjoy painting and constructing things for scratch? If you do then Sets is for you.
3) Or are you a gem when it comes to churning out quirky ideas, the maybe Marketing and Publicity is for you. Hopefully with the team you are able to CONvince people to buy our tickets.
4) Do you have an eye for design and enjoy designing clothes, maybe this musical can give you the platform to showcase your designs.
5) Or lastly do you enjoy playing in a band? or do you have your own band? We are looking for a band to record the arrangements for the musical.
