I’m searching for a skilled, entrepreneurial spirited website developer/partner to join me in co-developing a new website development company I recently formed.

The company, Internet Publishing Ventures, LLC, or simply “IPV” for short, recently acquired two websites and plans to develop eight more sites over the next three years.

One of the websites that IPV acquired, AnimalHospitals-USA.com, is a popular pet healthcare information site that is now attracting more than a million annual visitors. The Company’s other site, WorldTravelAlmanac.com, which is still under development, will offer travelers a wide range of city-specific travel planning information.

IPV’s income is expected to increase from $1.2 million during its first 12-month fiscal year to about $50 million over the next five years.  While it’s unlikely that IPV will grow to become a multi-billion dollar company anytime soon, I’m confident, however, that the Company will achieve its sales income goals and, moreover, generate unusually high net profit returns.

No monetary investment is necessary.  My partner will, however, accumulate his/her ownership interest in IPV by initially working part-time for about two months as a “sweat equity” partner. I estimate that my partner\'s combined salary/net profit earnings will increase from $65,000 during year-one, to $130,000 during year-two, and to possibly $250,000 or more during year-three.
