  i..  5 1/2 day (alternate Saturday)

 

Workscope:  Telemarketing of our ISO briefings and seminars to our prospect

lists. This takes up at least 50% of the working day. Other general

administrative work such as sending out seminar info and registration forms

through email and fax. Updating excel spreadsheets on calling reports,

status of prospect lists and confirmed attendees for the briefings and

seminars; assist in updating advertisers/suppliers lists when the need

arises; and any other general administrative tasks assigned.
