Scope of Work for Aircon Maintenance:-

1.  Clean coils, water tray and drain connection;

2.  Inspect and clean air filter, blower, grill cover and drain pan;

3.  Inspect compressor, mounting springs and refrigerant system;

4.  Inspect and Lubricate fan motor bearing (when necessary);

5.  Check and clean condensing units;

6.  Check and monitor the condition of switches and accessories;

7.  Check and ensure proper operation of thermostat;

8.  Check and test the working condition of equipment;

9.  Check the operating suction pressure of the compressor; and

10. Check the R22 Refrigerant gas level.
