Scope of Work:-

1. Dismantle fully fan coil unit and clean evaporator coil with alkaline based chemical;

2. Clean air filter, blower, grill cover and drain pan with alkaline based chemical;

3. Inspect and Lubricate fan motor bearing (when necessary);

4. Check and clean condensing units;

5. Re-install back unit and charge in R22 refrigerant gas;

6. Check the operating suction pressure of the compressor; and

7. Check and monitor the condition of switches and accessories;

8. Check and ensure proper operation of thermostat after chemical cleaning; and

9. Check and test the working condition of equipment;
