4/ Never vive aout financial information (bank account number, social security number, eBay/PayPal info, etc.)

5/ Avoid deals involving shipping or escrow services.

  • Process Delivery orders / invoices / quotation / performa invoice
  • Arrange delivery with warehouse / shipping personnel
  • Attending to customer calls / queries and taking of orders
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Coordinate and assist and follow up on contracts / quotations made by sales & marketing personnel
  • Type MSDS and update intranet
  • Monitor customer outstanding order and stock inventory
  • Other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service Industry
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in SAP would be an addded advantage
  • 5 days work week
  • Working hour: 8am - 5.30pm (Mon - Thur) , 8am - 5pm (Fri)
  • Transport provided at various pickup point
