You will work to strengthen the effectiveness of the internal strategy and design team. Development of category merchandising ideas that visually encourage incremental purchases of featured items; develop and implement merchandising best practices, assortment recommendations and product adjacency strategies.This position will be involved in all aspect of product definition, design, manufacturing, and product packaging relating to the companies leading edge product offering. He/She will also be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining retail and supplier-side relationships. They will utilize industry research and data to develop unique merchandise presentation techniques and have a solid understanding of client supply chain and store-level ordering processes. Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team in a free-flowing work environment. Position requires travel (domestic and international).  BA Merchandise Planning Degree preferred but not required.
