Synopsis of Role
To accurately capture customer and corporations' information and to generate qualified leads for the clients through outbound calling. Duties will include Lead Generation, Data Cleansing, Data Profiling and Event Management

Education and Experience

  • Minimum Diploma (in any field)
  • Contact Centre, Telemarketing, Telesales, Market Research, Outbound Surveys, Customer Service or in any outbound calling capacity

  • Relevant working experience in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong is an advantage

Skills Requirements

  • PC-literate

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Professionalism

  • Confident

  • Ability to build rapport

  • Enjoy rapport building and customer interaction

  • Strong persuasive skills

  • Able to multi-task well

Language Proficiency

  • Multi-lingual and fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin (to support the China and Taiwan market)
