Responsibilities:

• Receive sales orders and consolidate customers' requirements.
• Process and coordinate sales orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Preparation of quotations, order entry and monitoring.
• Filling of invoices, documents etc.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sales processing experience, preferably in trading industry.
• GCE 'O'/ 'A' Level or Diploma in any Discipline
• Meticulous and able to handle data entries accurately and efficiently
• Pleasant personality with good customer service skills
• Good organizational, planning and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Softward and email
• Able to converse in Mandarin and Chinese dialects
• Team-player & able to work with deadlines
• Preference given to those who are able to start work immediately or on short notice

Benefits/Working Hours:

• Salary up to S$1,600 per month (depending on qualification and experience).
• Lunch provided
• 5-day work week (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
• Working location: Pasir Panjang
