Job Responsibilities:
- Support users in desktop applications & hardware troubleshooting
- Assist Network / Application Support team in routine LAN/WAN network infrastruture administration & project management
- Provide end-user support for software, hardware, network, databases & user training
- Experience in implementing and troubleshooting PC/Server hardware (MAC/DELL/HP/IBM), Cisco PIX firewall, CISCO router, Corporate internet and VPN
- Hands-on in administrating and troubleshooting Sun Solaris, Red Hat Linux, W2K and W2K3 server
- Familiar in Microsoft Outlook, Terminal Server, E2K, BackupExec, Symantec Antivirus and Brightstor Arcserve
- Experience in using Win98, W2K Pro, WinXP and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Any other tasks assigned by the MIS Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma / Degree in computer science with at least 2 years relevant experience
- Analytical
- Team player
- Able to work independently
- Posses good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English
- 5.5 days work week with alternate Sat off
- Working hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm
