Your main responsibilities will include:
Project Management - Manage and implement projects
Responsible for driving, managing and implementing projects
Work with operations users and perform business analysis to understand
the requirements of the project
Document user requirements and specifications
Work with the Technology Department to define scope, functional
specifications and implementation plan
Manage project timeline to ensure timely implementation of projects
Document test plans and execute/coordinate user acceptance testProcess Management
Support process management for Settlements, Custody, Corporate Actions,
Reconciliations, Derivatives Processing divisions
Responsible for system and process integration
Support existing systems
Conduct research on new market products and initiatives.You should possess a good university Degree with at least 2 years' relevant working experience in Operations, project-related or system testing and implementation work in the finance industry. You should be familiar with products such as equities, fixed income, treasury and derivatives and have demonstrated success in managing projects. You should be comfortable doing analysis and systems work and be proficient in MS Office applications. We are looking for a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
