Admin Asst x 2 positions for immediate post as follows :

 

1.)        Chinese, female (Singaporean or PRs)

2.)        Age range : 23 - 35 years old

3.)        Working experience : at least more than 1 year relevant working experience in the same field or capacity

4.)        For those under short terms contract (keep changing jobs in 3 or 6 months) or have stopped working for certain period, I will only consider them if they are very experienced in the same capacity.

5.)        Work scope : order processing (quotations, sales & purchase order, inventories, invoicing and/or shipping documents), support sales dept and all general admin duties

6.)        Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft office

7.)        Shipping knowledge OR experience will be preferred

8.)        Qualifications : min. O level and above

9.)        Able to work 5.5 days week straight

10.)      Independent and willing to learn

11.)      Company transport provided at Kranji MRT station

12.)      Lunch provided

13.)      Salary Range : S$1,650 - S$1,850
