Responsibilites


1. RECEPTION DUTIES


1.1 All incoming calls are answered and directed to respective employees promptly and politely.

1.2 Welcome all company’s visitors and assist them in locating the employees that they want to meet.

1.3 Help to distribute Application Form to job applicants during walk-in interview.

1.4 Courier services are properly coordinated.


2. DISTRIBUTION OF FAXES & MAIL

2.1 Distribution of incoming faxes and mail is done twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

2.2 Ensure faxes and mails are being distributed according to the distribution list.


3. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

3.1 Complete assignments as assigned by the Director and Operations Dept .

3.2 Complete others duties assign by the HR Manager and HR Executive


Requirements:

# "N" / "O" Level or Certificate in Business Administration

# Min. 1 -2 year of reception experience is a must

# Good communication and administrative skills.

# Able to work independently & efficiently.

# Must be customer service oriented.

# Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office



Others Information

* Must able to speak fluent English and Mandarin 

* Age : up to earlier 40s

* Must be presentable 

* Singaporean / SPR (from Malaysia) / Malaysia with good spoken English

* Woking Hours: Mon to Fri (8.00 am to 5.30 pm)

* Salary : up to $1600
