Purpose Of The Job

This position supports the Assistant Accountant (AA) of Asia Pacific Partnerships (APP) in handling the accounting and administrative operations of the Singapore entity including:-

Administrative duties and accounting tasks
Ad hoc assignments, projects and analysis.

Principal Accountabilities
Data Entry in SAGE accounting system
Clerical and administrative duties ( mails, invoices, payment vouchers, cheques, journal vouchers, filling)
intercompany billings
Ad-hoc assignment, projects and analysis

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:-
GCE \'A\' levels, Diploma in Accountancy
Degree undergraduates studying part-time.
1-2 years of relevant working experience
Proficiency in MS Excel ( knowledge of SAGE accounting system preferred)
Good in spoken and written English.
Able to work independently.
good interpersonal and communication skills.
Matured candidates are most welcomed.
