QA Test & Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Play an active role in leading the research, innovation and development of laser testing methodologies & reliability testing methodologies of optical elements

* Source out collaboration projects with Corporate’s test group to improve on current laser test methodologies.

* Lead in the development, planning and execution of test plans for prototypes and complex products transferred to Singapore

* Work closely with operation teams to resolve product reliability, test and measurement issues.

* Conduct investigation and responds to customer complaints/warranty returns;

* Lead and participate in quality improvement programs and cross functional projects.

Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Photonics Engineering

* Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in a precision manufacturing environment preferably in product and reliability testing or test methodologies design and development.

* Candidates with experience in optics design or working knowledge of optical components are preferred.

* Experience in equipment calibration & jigs design will also be advantageous.

* Possess a strong analytical ability with good communication skills and strong problem resolution skill.

* Applicants should be Singaporean, hold relevant residence status

* Both male & female candidates will be considered

* Salary : $2500 - $3500 (Basic)

* Bonus : Average 2 mths of Variable Bonus + 1 mth of AWS + Permformance Bonus

* Nationality : Singaporean, SPR (from Malaysia) & Malaysian will be considered only

* 5-day week.
