Main Responsibilities:
To carry out the application batch processing, handling of reports printing, communicate with the regional operation centre, monitoring the server room status and handling of service hotline.
Requirements:
- GCE \'O\' level or ITE Certificate.
- Basic knowledge in Window environment, MS-Office products.
- Required to work 3-shift* (5-days work week) and on Sundays and Public Holidays with attractive shift allowance / incentive.
- Working experience as computer operator will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese.
* working hours: 1st shift: 0700-1648 hrs
2nd shift: 1400-2348 hrs
3rd shift: 2300-04848 hrs
Shift allowance
Shift Incentive (per 2nd / 3rd shift)
Transport claim for night shift
Salary based on working experience (negotiable).
