UK-based consulting firm providing benefits consulting services and system solutions for Asia Pacific region.

Level : Client Service Associate (Female only)

Salary: $1500 – 2000

Working hours : 8.30am – 6.00pm, 5-days work

Location: Bugis

Responsibilities

·         Answer enquiries from clients and providers

·         Assist in the administration of a range of Flexible Employee Benefit Schemes

·         Monthly process cycles of database updating, reporting  clients and benefit providers

·         Liaison with client contacts and benefit providers

·         Benefits enrolment administration

Requirements

·         Minimum GCE ‘O’/’A’ with at least 8 years experience or

Diploma holders with at least 3 years experience

·         Experience in client services environment or call centre experience will be an advantage

·         Bilingual (English & Mandarin)

·         Able to start work immediately preferred

·         Singaporean or PR only.
