The Challenges

Reporting to the Laboratory-In-Charge, you will provide excellent customer service to patients in the Laboratory and Radiography sections. You will be responsible for the reception of all appointment and walk-in patients at the laboratory and radiography clinic. Other duties include answering incoming telephone calls, managing patients\' registration, assisting in appointment scheduling and performing general administration and cashier\'s duties.

The Requirements

You should have at least GCE \'N\'/\'O\' level. You must be a positive thinker, team player with a pleasant disposition, hard working and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You must have strong customer service experience, computing knowledge and willing to learn.
