Technical Sales Co-ordinator Position

Job Scope

• Supporting sales team with strong co-ordination, communication & administration skills.

• Providing support to the sales functions includes sales order processing, data entry & liase with interdepartments, vendors and customers.

• Preparation of technical proposals & documents for the tender quotation submissions.

• Maintenance of quotations, sales order databases and vendor/customer/product databases.

• Preparation of documents for sales operations, sales reports, monitor & update sales related information.

• Co-ordinate and follow-up with sales personnel on the proposal submission dates as well as customer/vendor in processing of an order/delivery schedules.

Requirement

• ITE/ Diploma in Mechanical/Engineering

• Self motivated with strong sales orientation

• Experience in purchasing and industrial mtce

• Able to start in a short notice (Max-1month)

• Able to read/ understand technical drawings.
