Human Resource Assistant

Job Scope:

• Updating personal files
• Administrating employee records
• Recording annual and medical leave
• Processing Work permit, S-pass application / cancellation
• Data entry for payroll
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Pre-requisites:

• Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience preferred
• Candidate with payroll experience will be an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Meticulous and a team player with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
•Good organizational, planning and coordination skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
