Im a Chinese working female and PR in Singapore. Im looking for a room at Kim tian/Bugis/ Kallang/ Lavendar/Novena/T.Bahru area. My budget for 1 person is 300 - 400/mth.
If U hv a room for 2 persons, there are 2 working class girls, whom are PR too. The rental will be up to 600 - 650/mth.
