Responsibilities:
1)Preparation of import/export documentation.
2)Letter of credit issuing and negotiation.
3)Coordination with shipping lines and negotiation of rates and logistics.
4)Tradeweb processing.
5)Supervise up to 4 direct subordinates.
Requirements:
1)Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Shipping/Logistic.2)At least 10 to 15 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation and related field is required for this position.
3)Must have L/C knowledge and be able to handle shipping documents.
4)Good knowledge of shipping and import/export procedures.
5)Knowledge of tradeweb processing & SAP.
6)Good command of written and spoken English.
7) Applicant should be Singaporean citizen or hold relevant resident status.
8) Applicant must be willing to work in Senoko Road.
