A company dealing with Life Science located at Paya Lebar require a Helpdesk Engineer.
Job responsibilities:
- Work with businnes and functional department users in Asia Pacific countries for 1st level application and infrastructure support
- Responsible to escalate problems and enhancement request utnil the closure through proper channel based upon defined the support model
- Support PC clients with necessary software application installation / maintanence services (Lotus Notes, MS Office, etc)
- Comunicating and work closely with vendors
- Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of IT project
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of technical support service experience within an IT organization
- Singaporean or Singapore PR
- Some application and/or infrastructure support background
- Basic knowledge in SDLC will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Has an aptitude for innovation
