A company dealing with Life Science located at Paya Lebar require a Helpdesk Engineer.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work with businnes and functional department users in Asia Pacific countries for 1st level application and infrastructure support
  • Responsible to escalate problems and enhancement request utnil the closure through proper channel based upon defined the support model
  • Support PC clients with necessary software application installation / maintanence services (Lotus Notes, MS Office, etc)
  • Comunicating and work closely with vendors
  • Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of IT project

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of technical support service experience within an IT organization
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR
  • Some application and/or infrastructure support background
  • Basic knowledge in SDLC will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has an aptitude for innovation
