Responsibilities :
· Reporting to Senior Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible to acquire, develop and grow new business through effective outbound activities.
· Identify and call on individual prospects as well as organize and conduct sales presentations to groups, companies and other organizations.
· To ensure that sales targets are met by converting leads to sales and cross-selling other bank products.
· To deliver quality service when effecting telemarketing calls and completing the sales process.
· To handle customer-service related enquiries and instructions.

Requirements :
· A recognized degree with at least 3 years of sales experience in credit card industry
· Sales and result oriented, with a pleasant disposition. Those with good sales record will be at an advantage.
· Self-motivated, good team player, dedicated and responsible with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
· Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
