Job Description:

· Supervise Finance, HR & Admin Department of 4-5 staffs.
· Monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis of financial and management accounts.
· Budget and budgetary control.
· Monitor cash flows, liquidity and fund requirements.
· Check and review bonds/notes investment schedule to ensure interest accrual and amortization are properly computed.
· Human resource and payroll management.
· Oversee Office administration and Maintenance.
· Liaise with internal & external auditors and bankers.
· Prepare papers for the Board of Directors and the various committees’ meetings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor of Accountancy Degree or ACCA qualifications.
· Minimum 4 years relevant experience

· Supervisory experience
· Dedicated, meticulous and self-driven with high integrity
· Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work under pressure and willing to multi-task beyond job scope
