The Challenge
The successful candidate will review and develop finance policies. In addition, he/she has to communicate and train staff to understand the policies and ensure adherence to the policies in the organization. Also, the accountant will review and develop the Minimum Assessment Control and Control Self Assessment, besides working with internal auditors and colleagues to improve internal controls in the organization.

Requirements

·         Good Degree in Accountancy or CPA

·         3-5 years of internal audit experience in a commercial organization

·         Working knowledge on Code of Corporate Governance will be an advantage

·         Good communications and interpersonal skills

·         Able to work independently, yet a team-oriented player in delivering results and meeting business needs in a fast paced & demanding environment
