Salary – $1800 to $2100

Responsibilities :

- Manage logistics, including receipt into system, inventory management, order processing, system updates, expediate shipments and customer service

- Prepare documentation (eg: shipping invoice, packing list)

- Liaise with customers and customers\\\' vendors and appointed forwarders to effect shipments

- Ensure timely submission of reports

- Manage timesheets for department and execute operations, including system processing (receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, expediting shipments) and invoicing

Requirements :

- Minimum GCE O level or equivalent

- At least 1 year working experience in freight industry (not necessarily in customer service)

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

 Based in 

ALPs Avenue (willing to pay off short notice to current employer)

5.5 days work week (0830 - 1730hrs, Mon to Fri, 0830 - 1230 Sat)

Shuttle services from Changi Airfreight Centre bus stop to ALPs Avenue

Transport available from Tanah Merah MRT
