To be responsible for managing the CAD group, with requirement on special expert knowledge within the framework of the operational requirements. Supervise and train the employees of the CAD group independently.

Requirements:

• College or Bachelor degree

• Extensive knowledge (3+ years) of relevant software applications, current versions of AutoCAD and 3D environment, experience with MicroStation V8 2004 (or previous version) for disciplines such as; Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical, etc.

• Experience working on multi discipline industrial projects

• Engineering Data Management (EDM) knowledge, thorough knowledge of AutoCAD attribute functions, tagging and extraction

• Implement and enforce existing CAD Standards, conduct project related model reviews

• Organize the CAD environment, supply technical support for all CAD software

• Interact on project standards coordination with clients

• Generate written technology evaluations for future software adoption

• Provide leadership and vision to the firm in the area of CAD

• Train in-house staff, develop training budget and overall scope

• Ideally ability to customize AutoCAD (AutoLISP, Visual Basics, C++, OLE objects etc.)

• Assign work and supervise work for CAD operators, scheduling drawing completion

• Chinese and English speaking, English communication level CET-6 (minimum)

• Group management and leadership abilities between multiple projects

• Ability to work well with others, possessing a dynamic personality and able to deal with stress
