A company dealing with medical product is seeking for Temporary Admin Executive/Purchasing for about 1.5 months

Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support for the division
  • Responsible for purchasing of all supplies for the group of clinics and branches
  • Attend to customer enquiries
  • Arrange documents for dispatch to the branches/clinics

Requirements:

  • N level, O level, or diploma.
  • Experience in Admin/Sales/Customer Service/Purchasing/secretarial will be an advantage
  • Students are welcome.
  • Conversant with Microsoft office especially Excel
  • Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Singaporean / PR

Location City, 5 days week
